photographers are inspired by a plethora of ideas everyday. our eyes are constantly scanning our surroundings searching for interesting textures and amazing light. when first meeting with a couple for their engagement shoot i try and quickly discover what makes them unique and incorporate that feeling into their photographs.
the session for jamie + tony began at birch grove park in northfield, nj. jamie arrive in a wonderful sun dress from urban outfitters. i knew immediately that i wanted to process their engagement photos with a vintage flare that would reflect her fashion sense. enjoy.
